Return Policy The Great Edge customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise. Certain defective or damaged merchandise must be returned directly to the manufacturer. The Great Edge will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN). To obtain a RAN, please email to sales@thegreatedge.com and put RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER in the subject. A customer service representative will reply with a RAN that must, in turn be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel. Return merchandise to: The Great Edge 2828 Cochran Street, #383, Simi Valley, CA 93065 (Return Authorization Number) The Great Edge is not obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment, excluding returns of defective product. Return Authorization Number's are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Restocking Fees Non-defective merchandise returned to The Great Edge for any reason other than incorrect shipment of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received in original condition within 30 days of the shipping date, or it will not be accepted for return. |
