Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Send an email to sales@thegreatedge.com and put CANCELLATION in the subject. Include name, phone number, items ordered and the order number in the email body. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Warranty
Products are warranted to arrive in undamaged condition. Damaged or defective goods will be replaced or a refund given. A copy of the receipt must be included. Items must be returned within 30 days from receipt. Return to:

If you are not completely satisfied with the product‚ it can be exchanged for another item within 30 days of receipt. Or, it can be returned for a refund. The item must be in original condition and have all tags in place.

Email to sales@thegreatedge.com  and request a Return Authorization Number. The original receipt must accompany the item. All non-defective merchandise that is returned will incur a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
